About the Position

The successful candidates will be based at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital and will have the opportunity to work across the entire Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust group. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment plans and participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Provide expert care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and management">
  • Mentor and train junior colleagues in gastroenterology services">
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery">
  • Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives">

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • ">
  • A registerable medical degree (e.g., MBBS)">
  • Advanced therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including bowel screening">
  • Evidence of participation in clinical audit">
  • Eligibility to work in the UK">
  • Undertaken training acceptable to the Royal College of Gastroenterologists for Consultant Status">
  • Entry on the Specialist Register via CCT, CESR, or European Community Rights">
  • Evidence of specific training in gastroenterology and endoscopy">
  • Ability to take responsibility for delivering the service without direct supervision">

Salary and Benefits

">

The annual salary for this position is £105,504 to £139,882, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
