**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team at A. Kahn Design Ltd as a UK Field Sales Manager. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry and the ability to promote expedient brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Visit potential customers to prospect for new business and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with multiple departments within the business to gather market and customer information, and to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the organisation at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations, showcasing our products and services to potential customers.
  • Negotiate variations in price, delivery, and specifications with other managers to ensure the best possible outcomes for the business.
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Checking vehicles in build with production and being a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, and using this information to develop targeted sales strategies.

**Requirements**

  • Previous Field Sales and Management Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven Sales experience with a strong track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to create and implement Strategic Sales Plans.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret research data, and use this information to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to flourish in a competitive environment, and to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Team player with the ability to liaise with Public Relations, design, and marketing departments, and Supply Chain to ensure positive results.

**What We Offer**

  • Competitive salary of £35,000 per year.
  • Commission pay (OTE £65,000).
  • On-site parking.
