Kitchen Team Manager for Residential Care Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Team Manager to lead our kitchen team and provide high-quality culinary services to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee meal preparation, manage kitchen teams, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Cater for special events and work with colleagues to develop new menu ideas.
- Manage budgets, regulate food stock, and prioritize resident wellbeing.
Requirements:
S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum
