Salary
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
As a Senior Childcare Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing residential care, educational support, and therapeutic services to children aged 7-17. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a safe and supportive living environment
- Delivering educational programs tailored to individual needs
- Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement therapeutic plans
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall quality of care
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children with EBD and/or Mild Learning Difficulties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
