Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Training Coordinator to join our team at Lockton Companies. As a key member of our technology training team, you will be responsible for coordinating, designing, and delivering training courses to our associates and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Course Development: Design, refresh, and deliver training courses for in-scope technology solutions, ensuring that our associates and partners have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with training resources and other technology teams to develop and execute communications related to new technology solutions, updates, and adoption.
  • Training Content Creation: Craft communications that enhance awareness and drive technology adoption, self-help, and training material needs.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Respond to systems-related training feedback from new joiners and existing associates and partners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Training Needs Identification: Identify new training needs and organize training content improvement and refresher systems training as required.
  • Technical Training Tips: Provide regular technical training tips to a wide user base on key training or support topics.

  • Personable and Approachable Style: Possess a highly personable and approachable style, with dynamic communication abilities and the ability to serve as a representative of Technology.
  • Strong Organization and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to operate on own initiative and work as part of a wider team across the business.
  • Technical Communication Skills: Be able to convey technical information in a relatable and easily understood way, both in-person and in written form.
  • Training Materials Production: Produce and maintain training materials and relevant internal communications to a high standard.
