We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Driver to join our Vehicle Replacement Group team in Solihull, Birmingham. As a Fleet Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting vehicles from clients, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of vehicles while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and collect vehicles from clients in a timely and efficient manner
- Find the best economical route to each job allocated
- Complete Vehicle condition reports for each vehicle
- Maintain the highest level of customer service by employing a considerate attitude to meet all customer requirements
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams to communicate with colleagues
- Drive vehicles within traffic laws and speeding limits with great care of each vehicle
- Prepare company vehicles when required
- Identify any issues with a fleet vehicle and report damage to the fleet team upon delivery/collection
- Must be flexible to work overtime and additional hours within busy periods
- Comfortable using a mobile phone to communicate while out on the road
- Based in Birmingham, however travel could extend across the UK
