Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage our procurement processes using SAP Ariba and Concur, while also overseeing the company's fleet of vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining procurement activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and optimizing fleet management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities using SAP Ariba, ensuring seamless integration with Concur for expense management.
  • Create and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contract management through the SAP Ariba platform, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Analyze supplier bids, conduct negotiations, and finalize supplier agreements, ensuring best value for the company.
  • Maintain and update supplier records, contracts, and procurement documentation in SAP Ariba, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle inquiries related to procurement activities, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Manage and oversee the processing of employee expenses and travel claims through the Concur system, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.
  • Review, verify, and approve expense reports in alignment with company policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement of employee expenses, fostering a collaborative and efficient working relationship.
  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of the Concur system for expense management and travel booking, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to travel and expense policies, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee the management of the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained, insured, and compliant with regulations.
  • Coordinate vehicle assignments, leasing, servicing, and repairs, optimizing fleet usage and cost-efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, or qualified by experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, or fleet management roles, with a strong working knowledge of SAP Ariba and Concur.
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with a strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
