Business Development Manager

Clearwater People Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and/or utilities, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote products and attend client meetings and site visits in the London area and beyond
• Manage leads, prospects, and opportunities using the company CRM system
• Attend networking events to attract new clients and develop existing relationships
• Utilize social media tools to raise brand awareness
• Oversee the lead and prospect pipeline for UK sales and work closely with the marketing department

Requirements:

• Proven Business Development Management experience, minimum of 5 years
• Previous experience in Construction or Utilities
• Comfortability travelling to client visits and events when required
• Enthusiastic and hungry for sales
• HVAC experience/background is essential
• Commercial experience
