The Facilities Management Service at Lancashire County Council is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to lead a small team of professionals and semi-professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent knowledge of finance and commercial activity to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial data analysis, reporting, and forecasting, as well as procurement and financial management support to the wider facilities management service. They will also lead a team of professionals and semi-professionals delivering a focused service of business and technical support across the Facilities Management Service.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive knowledge and experience of financial systems, advanced financial management skills, and people leadership skills. You should also have proficiency in using relevant systems for operational budgets and analytics of data relating to Facilities Management Service deliverables.

Working Arrangements

">

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 37 hours per week. Flexible working hours are available, with a balance of on-site and remote working. The post holder will be based at County Hall Complex in Preston.

Salary Information

">

The salary for this role is estimated to be £44,711 - £49,764 per annum, depending on experience.
