Facilities Management Specialist

The Facilities and Site Manager position at Amcor is a crucial role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage site utilities, buildings, and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining high-performance operations, and protecting the environment. This includes safely, reliably, and efficiently delivering utilities such as refrigeration, water, compressed air, and electricity.
Additionally, the Site Facilities Manager will be responsible for maintaining buildings and infrastructure to meet current food safety and OHSE standards. They will provide leadership, support, and management for internal and external teams, including working with Production and site-based Engineering functions. The role also involves challenging co-workers, contractors, and visitors who are not working safely, ensuring contractors adhere to agreed Amcor OHSE requirements, and leading by example in adhering to all site safety rules and policies.
