We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest levels of compliance and best practices across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement HSE Policies:
    Design, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct Audits and Inspections:
    Regularly conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Training and Development:
    Design and deliver training programs for staff at all levels to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
  4. Sustainability and Environmental Management:
    Promote and support sustainability initiatives, ensuring environmental considerations are integrated into all aspects of facilities management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as an HSE Advisor, preferably within the facilities management or related industry.
  • Proficiency in HSE management systems and software.
  • Relevant certifications in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 9001/14001/45001).
Estimated Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum
