About the Role

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly qualified QHSE Advisor - Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a QHSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in implementing the integrated business management system, identifying and minimising risks, and ensuring operational managers and personnel have the necessary technical competence to work safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with the QHSE team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance safety and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and training to operational managers and personnel on regulatory requirements and best practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in Health and Safety, a NEBOSH Certificate, and an Environmental waste management qualification. You should also possess detailed knowledge of risk assessment and auditing (ISO 45001) and have experience working in regulated industries.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers excellent career opportunities for a motivated individual.
