Senior Director of Brand Marketing

McCormick is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Brand Marketing to lead our brand marketing efforts in EMEA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global brand marketing strategies that align with our company's overall objectives and goals.
- Lead the development of communication strategies for brands and campaigns, inclusive of communication objectives, target audience, key messages, and channels.
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports across the region and markets, helping them to grow and develop in their roles and managerial skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and market teams, and be seen as the lead single point of contact for the brand and digital marketing ecosystem in the region.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in global media and digital marketing to drive innovation and growth in the marketplace.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated relevant skills & results in FMCG marketing, advertising, digital marketing transformation, market research / insights mining, P&L management, forecasting, agency management, and business planning.
- Strong experience leading projects and cross-functional teams, including proven ability to manage multiple projects.
- Expertise in business and brand planning, digital marketing, market research, consumer communications, finance, and promotional activities.
- Sound understanding of principles and practices in Marketing and a basic knowledge in other functional areas including Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
- MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated relevant skills & results in consumer-packaged goods marketing, forecasting, advertising, market research, consumer & trade promotion, P&L management, and business planning.
- Management and development of direct reports and team.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
Office/Hybrid.
