Senior Director, Brand Marketing (EMEA)

Job Summary:

The Senior Director of Brand Marketing EMEA will drive the leadership and strategic guidance of the communication of our message to consumers to drive sales and return for the company. This role will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end campaigns across EMEA markets, encompassing traditional and digital media, paid, earned, and owned channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global media strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and goals.
  • Lead the development of communication strategies for brands and campaigns, inclusive of communication objectives, target audience, key messages, and channels.
  • Manage local agencies in the region across creative, media, digital, social, PR, and internal studio.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in global media and digital marketing to drive innovation and growth in the marketplace.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the executive leadership on all brand and digital marketing matters.
  • Mentor, manage, and develop a team of direct reports across the region and markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated relevant skills and results in FMCG marketing, advertising, digital marketing transformation, market research, P&L management, forecasting, agency management, and business planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and evaluative judgment based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information in complicated or novel situations.
  • Agile leadership and excellent presentation, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA.
  • Fluent in English and ideally French.
