Senior Director, Brand Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Brand Marketing to lead our brand marketing efforts in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global brand marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and goals.
  • Lead the development of communication strategies for brands and campaigns, inclusive of communication objectives, target audience, key messages, and channels.
  • Manage and develop a team of direct reports across the region and markets, helping them to grow and develop in their roles and managerial skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and market teams, and be seen as the lead single point of contact for the brand and digital marketing ecosystem in the region.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in global media and digital marketing to drive innovation and growth in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated relevant skills & results in FMCG marketing, advertising, digital marketing transformation, market research / insights mining, P&L management, forecasting, agency management and business planning.
  • Strong experience leading projects and cross-functional teams, including proven ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Expertise in business and brand planning, digital marketing, market research, consumer communications, finance, and promotional activities.
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead others; strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated relevant skills & results in consumer-packaged goods marketing, forecasting, advertising, market research, consumer & trade promotion, P&L management and business planning.
  • Management and development of direct reports and team.
  • Fluent in English and ideally French.
