Digital Marketing Senior Manager Role Overview:

Mccormick & Company is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Senior Manager to lead the development and implementation of our global digital marketing strategy in the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital marketing initiatives, optimizing customer engagement, and leveraging data analytics to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our global digital marketing strategy and tech roadmap for EMEA, including the launch of new commerce-enabled websites and digital shelf optimization.
  • Work with global and regional resources to define, create, and implement automated email and SMS journeys.
  • Adapt and define DTC strategy for top three markets.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams for email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and mobile marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand building.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives and collaborate with IT, sales, and other departments to create integrated campaigns that deliver a consistent and engaging brand message across all digital channels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in digital marketing and ecommerce with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies in a dynamic business environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience building digital marketing teams in a matrixed organization while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented work culture.
  • Ability to deliver results, while building a team, being able to be hands-on-keyboard, leveraging external agencies and internal resources.
