Senior Land Use Coordinator

LNT Construction is seeking a skilled Town Planner to manage planning project work in-house. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional planning experience and a keen interest in the full land and planning process. Key responsibilities include managing planning project work, meeting and negotiating with Planning Officers, and being involved in Planning Committee and Appeal situations as required.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of professional planning experience
* Keen interest in the full land and planning process
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience
* Discretionary bonus scheme
* Pension contribution
* Opportunity to purchase additional annual leave
