  • Create and execute procurement strategies for designated categories.
  • Market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the relevant categories.

  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Lead the tender process for key procurement activities within the assigned category.
  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities within the procurement process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
  • A clear understanding and awareness of local government/public sector procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office and procurement applications.
