**Description**
- To support the New Business Sales and Service Delivery Teams in the drafting, issuing and co-ordination of signatories for new customer and customer renewal contracts.
- To identify appropriate tenders for both the Energy & Cloud business units along with completing and submitting any required documentation.

**Daily Activities**
- Identify Tenders suitable for both the Energy & Cloud business units and circulate for bid confirmation.
- Complete Tenders in line with customer specification and submit by required deadlines.
- In line with the agreed company fee structure, complete customer contract renewals proposals and issue through the company sign off process.
- Upon confirmation to proceed following a contract renewal proposal, draft required contract documentation and issue through the company sign off process
- Support the New Business Sales team in winning new customers and growing the customer base.
- Following confirmation a new customer is going to proceed, ensure a contract is drafted and issued for sign off inline with the company sign off process.
- Ensure all new customer and renewal contracts have a purchase order ahead of proceeding and store on SharePoint.
- Ensure all new contracts and customer information is issued to the Commercial Manager to update the contract book.
- Ensure all existing customer and new customer contract information is stored on SharePoint in line with the ISO19650 process.
- Create and circulate the sales forecast report on a weekly basis.
- Monitor the website chatbot making sure all query's are responded to in a timely manner.
- Complete ad hoc marketing tasks as required, e.g. creating brochures, marketing matrix, competitor analysis, event material, customer profiles, website maintenance, monthly SEO reports etc.

**Targets and Key Performance Indicators**
- Identify all relevant tenders and circulate in a timely manner.
- Ensure all tenders are submitted inline with customer submission deadlines.
- Ensure no website chatbot enquiries are missed
- Ensure CRM is kept up to date, prompting other sales team members as necessary.
- Ensure all new instructed deals are brought to a conclusion through the raising of a purchase order and issue of a contract.
- Ensure all instructed contract renewals are brought to a conclusion through the raising of a purchase order and issue of a contract.
- To provide excellent customer service to all end users.
- Ensure all marketing material/e-shots/social media posts is created in line with company branding guidelines.
- Submit monthly commission calculations to Director of Sales & Marketing to review and sign off.

**Salary**: Up to £21,750.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
