We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Management System Specialist to join our team at Imperial College London. As part of our strategic investment in a next-generation Learning Management System, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful selection, implementation, and adoption of the new platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Faculty and College stakeholders to evaluate and represent the requirements of staff and students within the Faculty of Medicine and across the College.
  • Develop user requirements and conduct training for users, as well as user acceptance testing of the new LMS.
  • Support the project team in delivering a high-quality educational experience for undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as non-degree learners.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in a digital technology-related or comparable subject area.
  • Experience of using digital technology to support education, ideally in a university environment.
  • Demonstrable interest and enthusiasm for the use of digital technology in education.
  • Experience of teaching/training others in the use of new digital systems and/or software.
  • Understanding of project management techniques and methods.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders.
