Role: Learning Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the optimization, management, and day-to-day support of Knight Frank's Learning Management System (LMS). You will act as a subject matter expert, providing user support and executing ongoing system iterations to enhance the user experience, ensuring both the firm and our people are receiving the right learning at the right time.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all LMS functionality and processes, providing expert guidance and support to users.
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring smooth functioning and timely resolution of any technical issues.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system problems effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive user training sessions for Knight Frank employees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to utilize the LMS effectively.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation, training materials, and resources to support learners in navigating the LMS.
  • Continuously analyze user feedback and system data to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to design, develop, and implement engaging online learning programs within the LMS.
  • Manage and maintain our internal content library, ensuring accessibility and relevance of learning resources.
  • Analyze LMS engagement data and generate reports to track learner progress and identify trends in learning behavior.

Key Experience Required:

  • Proven experience managing an LMS platform (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, Fuse, SAP, Oracle, Moodle).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Understanding of learning and learning system standards, best practices, and trends.
