About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Jive Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office, including managing office supplies, maintaining office systems, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with processing orders, preparing sales reports, and managing customer accounts.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • HR Support: Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Financial Tasks: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or office support role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
