Job Duties:
- Engaging in call management with patients and healthcare professionals
- Conducting E-Consult triage
- Coordinating appointments and documenting information in EMIS
- Facilitating referrals to specialized care
- Performing administrative tasks and preparing for clinics
Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
Essential:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Non-judgmental approach
- Capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
Desirable:
- Familiarity with the EMIS clinical system
Experience Requirements:

- Experience working with clients or patients with complex needs

Educational Background:

- Minimum of GCSE/O Level standard or equivalent
