Job Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development as an HR Assistant within the Elevation Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the entire employee lifecycle, including offer letters, contracts, and changes to terms and conditions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A CIPD qualification is highly desirable, but not essential.

The salary range for this position is $30,000-$40,000 per year, offering a competitive package for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administration of employment contracts and benefits packages
  2. Supporting payroll calculations and data compilation
  3. Leading absence management and recruitment reporting
  4. Assisting with recruitment process administration and adding new employees to the system
