About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group's client site in Wakefield. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, working closely with the Head of HR to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including CIPD Qualification, Career Growth & Development, and 21 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee life-cycle, including offer letters, contracts, and changes to terms & conditions
  • Lead on absence management and recruitment reporting
  • Assist with payroll calculations and data collation
  • Support the recruitment process and add new starters to the system
  • Make amendments to contractual and personal details in line with HR policies and systems
