Job Summary:

Quorum Business Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple product lines and business units in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to maximize Quorum's footprint and value in the EMEA region.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals and develop all team members at all levels within Quorum's EMEA sales organization.
  • Implement innovative new processes and/or projects for the company.
  • Attain targeted sales goals and team performance.
  • Sponsor and institutionalize innovative ways of working in teams to meet customer needs/sales.
  • Identify new opportunities and build credibility with customers.
  • Lead a team focused on building a cooperative and successful team environment.
  • Build and develop market awareness and brand recognition in the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical or business discipline.
  • At least 15 years' experience in software sales, preferably with knowledge of the energy industry and/or Quorum suite of software offerings.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven track record of regional sales leadership, including successful team leadership, development, and mentorship.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing selling strategies for software system solutions.
  • Advanced English level – verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry trends and challenges is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to prepare briefings about the business, technical, and financial benefits of our solutions.

Travel and Visa Sponsorship:

Ability to travel internationally 30-50%. Must have a valid passport. Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Business Solutions in the United Kingdom or Spain is valued. Company might pursue visa sponsorship for this position at its sole discretion.
