We're looking for a skilled Associate Project Manager to join our team in London and the South-East. As an Associate level Project Manager, you'll lead service delivery on complex projects, predominantly housing-led regeneration promoted by local authorities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading service delivery on high-profile projects, managing multi-million-pound budgets, and working with clients to achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Developing project plans, executing them effectively, and managing risk, change, and programme delivery.
  • Assembling and leading multi-disciplinary teams, including Arcadis colleagues, sub-consultants, and client-appointed consultants.
  • Managing procurement, contractor appointments, and soft market testing to ensure the best value for clients.
  • Providing recommendations for consultant procurement, assessments, and surveys in accordance with WCC's procurement requirements.
  • Managing handovers, preparing Handover Packs, and ensuring smooth transitions to clients and new homeowners/occupiers.
  • Acting as Contract Administrator or Employers Agent for JCT or NEC contracts, responsible for statutory paperwork, consents, and contractual mechanisms.
  • Setting quality benchmarks and monitoring progress to achieve zero defects at completion.
