Digital Platform Service Delivery Lead

Based in the UK, Sanderson Recruitment Plc is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Digital Platform Service Delivery Lead to join their team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking a challenging position in service management with a focus on digital technologies.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our digital platform service delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a service strategy that aligns with our digital ambitions, ensuring the design and delivery of digital services meet sponsor and user needs, and providing 24/7 support for critical systems through internal teams or third-party partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a service strategy for digital technologies, ensuring alignment with our digital ambitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to design and deliver digital services that meet sponsor and user needs.
- Provide 24/7 support for critical systems, leveraging internal teams or third-party partners as needed.
- Manage escalation, communication, and review processes for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
- Oversee the maintenance of all digital applications and platforms, ensuring they are on supported versions and scheduled for technical upgrades as required.
- Monitor, report, and govern service levels to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices.
- Perform capacity and performance planning to manage peak demand, ensuring our digital platforms can handle increased traffic and usage.
Requirements
- Strong technical support skills in monitoring, alerting, task automation, and modern tooling, with experience in managing and coordinating internal and third-party partners to agreed support strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality service management solutions, with a focus on digital technologies and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
What We Offer
