About the Role

At Greene King, we're on a mission to revolutionize the pub experience through digital innovation. As our Digital Delivery Manager, you'll play a critical part in driving this transformation by planning, managing, and executing changes to our key digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage delivery roadmaps for multiple digital products, ensuring successful implementation and timely delivery.
  • Manage the delivery of new features across digital products, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Work with the Senior Digital Delivery Manager to identify effective ways of working, driving overall delivery and continuous improvement of processes and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Product Manager to refine and prioritize backlog items, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Significant delivery experience across a broad range of IT digital technologies, including mobile apps, websites, customer data platforms, APIs, and microservices.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, with experience working in an enterprise environment (e.g., SAFe framework) and hybrid approaches.
  • Demonstrable passion for technology modernization, delivery, and best practice, with the ability to find pragmatic and effective digital technology solutions to business problems.
  • Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams, including remote and external resources, through the full project delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong influencing and networking skills, able to communicate technology vision to a wide audience, both business and IT.
