About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Manager to join our team at Greene King. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a critical part in delivering our digital ambitions through the planning, management, and execution of changes to key digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage delivery roadmaps for key digital products, ensuring successful implementation and effective risk management.
  • Manage the delivery of new features across multiple digital products, identifying and mitigating dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Work with the Senior Digital Delivery Manager to drive overall delivery and continuous improvement of processes and performance.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Product Manager to refine and prioritize backlog items, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including remote and external resources, to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements
  • Significant delivery experience across a broad range of IT digital technologies, including mobile apps, websites, customer data platforms, APIs, and microservices.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, with experience working in an enterprise environment and applying hybrid approaches.
  • Demonstrable passion for technology modernisation, delivery, and best practice, with the ability to find pragmatic solutions to business problems.
  • Strong influencing and networking skills, with the ability to communicate technology vision to a wide audience.
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to maintain progress in ambiguous situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
