About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Director to join our team at Greene King. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a critical part in delivering our digital ambitions through the planning, management, and execution of changes to key digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and ensure the successful implementation of delivery roadmaps for key digital products.
  • Manage the delivery of new features across multiple digital products, ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are identified and effectively managed.
  • Identify and manage project scope, objectives, and critical success factors.
  • Track and report progress to stakeholders, focusing on burn-down of budget, resources, schedule, and scope.
  • Work with the Senior Digital Delivery Manager to identify effective ways of working to drive overall delivery and continuous improvement of processes and performance.

Requirements

  • Significant delivery experience and widespread understanding across a broad range of IT digital technologies, including mobile apps, websites, customer data platforms, APIs, and microservices.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and working with Agile in an enterprise environment, as well as the application of hybrid approaches.
  • A demonstrable passion and drive for technology modernization, delivery, and best practice, with the ability to find pragmatic and effective digital technology solutions to business problems.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional delivery teams, including remote/offsite and external resources, through the full project delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong influencing and networking skills, able to communicate technology vision to a wide audience, both business and IT.
