Job Overview
Are you a skilled IT professional looking for a challenging role that combines process improvement and technical expertise? Vintun LLC, a leading provider of consulting and advisory services to the Federal Government, is seeking an IT Service Management Specialist to support our client in achieving effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery and support of IT services.

We are offering a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, plus benefits. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced IT professionals, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of our client.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more ITIL domains, leading process improvement and oversight efforts.
* Provide support and contribute subject matter expertise to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings in support of IT service management.
* Document processes, procedures, service levels agreements, critical success factors, performance work instructions, and process workflows.
* Utilize Microsoft Office products including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio to create and deliver documentation, workflows, and presentations.
* Work with a team of ITIL/ITSM SMEs to create and document Process Improvement initiatives.
* Maintain documentation control using SharePoint.

**Requirements/Qualifications:**
* Must possess ITIL v3 Expert or ITIL4 Managing Professional Certification.
* Must possess or be able to obtain ITIL4 Foundations Certification.
* Active or interim DoD Secret clearance.
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Above average skills with MS Office programs including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
* BS or BA degree in a Business Management, IT, or other relevant discipline from an accredited college/university.
