Chilled Food Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our team at Albert Bartlett, a leading food business in the UK. As a Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Chilled Food Manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets and departmental KPIs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, food safety, and service levels
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their performance and skills
- Identify and develop high-performing team members and manage underperforming staff
- Manage recruitment, absence, and performance-related issues within the team
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with the production team to achieve our business objectives and contribute to the success of Albert Bartlett.
Working Hours:
We offer flexible working hours, including weekend and night shifts. You will be required to work a rotating shift pattern, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £13.49/hour on day shifts and £14.49/hour on night shifts, plus a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
