Chilled Food Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our team at Albert Bartlett, a leading food business in the UK. As a Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Chilled Food Manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production targets and departmental KPIs, including Quality, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Service level, and Labour.
- Lead your team through regular briefings, online coaching, and problem-solving.
- Identify high performers and manage team performance, including recruitment, absence management, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, training, and development.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team. As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines, managing a team of production staff, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Working Hours:
We offer flexible working hours, including weekend and night shifts. You will be required to work a rotating shift pattern, which may include early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £13.49/hour on day shifts and £14.49/hour on night shifts, plus a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
