Chilled Food Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our team at Albert Bartlett, a leading food business in the UK. As a Production Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Chilled Food Manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production targets and departmental KPIs, including Quality, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Service level, and Labour.
- Lead your team through regular team briefings, online coaching, and problem-solving.
- Identify high performers and manage the performance of the team.
- Manage people-related tasks, including recruitment, absence management, disciplinary procedures, performance reviews, training, and development.

Working Hours:
We offer flexible working hours, including weekend and night shifts. You will be required to work a rotating shift pattern, which may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £13.49/hour on day shifts and £14.49/hour on night shifts, plus a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
