Chilled Food Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our team at Albert Bartlett, a leading food business in the UK. As a Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Chilled Food Manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets and departmental KPIs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, food safety, and service levels
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their performance and skills
- Identify and develop high-performing team members and manage underperforming staff
- Manage people-related activities, including recruitment, absence management, disciplinary procedures, performance reviews, and training and development

Working Hours:
We offer flexible working hours, including weekend and night shifts. You will be required to work a rotating shift pattern, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £13.49/hour on day shifts and £14.49/hour on night shifts, plus a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
