We're seeking a skilled Digital Conversion Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale A/B and multivariate tests to drive business growth
  • Own and deliver A/B test and learn programs, including technical delivery of tests
  • Plan and implement conversion rate optimization strategies to drive improvements in conversion rate and other key performance indicators
  • Conduct UX research and design to inform optimization efforts
  • Utilize CRO and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, and Hotjar, to gather insights and inform optimization efforts
  • Manage multiple CRO projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to inform business strategies and decisions
  • Lead CRO workshops and client communication for CRO-related workstreams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRO and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
  • Intuitive thinker with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a digital agency
  • Knowledge of SEO
