Our team consists of experts in copywriting, behavioral psychology, user research, analytics, UX design, frontend development, and project management. We've experienced significant growth in recent years and are investing in our next phase of expansion to help our clients achieve their goals.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced conversion rate optimization leader to spearhead experimentation strategies across 3-5 high-profile enterprise and advanced client accounts.

You will work closely with our team to develop and execute strategies for clients, encompassing insight, test ideation, test completion, and analysis. Supported by a Project Manager, Associate Consultant, and delivery team, you'll drive results for your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging team members to grow and develop.
  2. Client Leadership: Serve as the senior point of contact for 3-5 advanced or enterprise-level clients, leading strategy and helping clients mature their testing programs.
  3. Testing Strategy: Set the agenda for clients and manage a testing roadmap to deliver long-term results and maturation of clients' testing capabilities.
  4. Identify problems with client website conversion rates through quantitative and qualitative research.
  5. Create test concepts to address identified issues and leverage conversion expertise to develop effective solutions.
  6. Analyze and evaluate experiments, reporting results and devising iterations to drive the testing strategy.
  7. Prioritize insights and testing strategies that help clients achieve their goals and deliver ROI.
  8. Advanced Experimentation: Collaborate with the Director of Product & Strategy to develop our approach to experimentation, encompassing AB testing, personalization, and exploring new opportunities to integrate testing into businesses.
  9. Results: Accountable for client success, measured via average win rate and NPS.
  10. Support and Mentorship: Work closely with trainee and associate consultants, shadowing and supporting them on client accounts. Provide guidance and support to Associate Consultants taking on their first client accounts.
  11. Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration by sharing strategy internally with the delivery team, before with clients, and providing feedback to peers.
  12. Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support new business meetings and join pitch teams when required.
Secondary Responsibilities
  1. Thought Leadership (Internal): Work with the Head of Experimentation to inspire and motivate the consultancy team to deliver exceptional work for clients. Share knowledge, assist with training, and shadow team members.
  2. Delivery of In-House Consultant Training Program: Responsible for delivering key sections of our in-house training program for Trainee Consultants. This includes delivering training sessions on key topics, reviewing and providing feedback on tasks and projects, and assessing performance against key metrics.
  3. Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop content for marketing efforts and deliver quantitative and qualitative research for new business opportunities.
  4. Product: Identify opportunities to evolve a best-in-market proposition, staying ahead of competitors and clients.
