Data is at the core of our approach, helping clients understand customers and make informed decisions. We develop digital products and integrate solutions that grow audiences and revenue across ticketing, participation, sponsorship, and media.

Job Description:

We seek a Senior Technology Support Engineer to oversee the tools and technologies our team uses remotely and in offices. This role will ensure a seamless experience, empowering employees to work flexibly and make decisions about their work environment.

The ideal candidate will manage Windows and Mac devices, Office 365, and various SaaS applications. They will also configure Autopilot and MDM with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune, automate scripts, and maintain collaboration/Unified Communications tools and hardware.

This role will own platforms and capabilities, developing and mentoring support colleagues. The successful candidate will collaborate with the wider Technology Team, Service Management, and Security Operations colleagues to assure and mature ITSM/ITOM processes.

Requirements

  • Lead day-to-day activities to provide the best possible Workplace Technology experience
  • Owning Workplace Technology platforms (e.g., M365, Teams Meeting Rooms, EUC estate) and being a technical escalation point
  • Developing and mentoring Support colleagues
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Technology Team
  • Assuring and maturing ITSM/ITOM processes
  • Identifying trends and problems, defining solutions, and improving automation opportunities
  • Building relationships across all Two Circles teams, functions, and regions

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
