**Job Title:** Residential Compliance Expert

**Location:** Sevenoaks or Richmond office

We are seeking an experienced Residential Compliance Expert to join our team on a fixed term contract. As a key member of our Lettings division, you will be responsible for ensuring that all legal and health and safety checks have been completed before a tenancy commences or renews.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance regulations and the ability to analyze processes to ensure they meet industry standards. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective procedures, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
