Rural Surveyor Specialist

Websters Rural, a leading property and business consultancy, is seeking an experienced MRICS Rural Practice Surveyor to join their team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled professional to provide expert advice and innovative solutions to clients across the rural, residential, commercial, and development sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to provide sound, reasoned advice on agricultural property matters
- Network to generate new business opportunities and manage existing relationships
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure growth and success
- Assess and restructure farm businesses to optimize results
- Produce accurate valuations and comprehensive reports
- Represent clients in property sales and acquisitions
- Oversee management of diverse property portfolios
- Handle compensation and compulsory purchase for landowners
- Conduct landlord and tenant work, including lettings and reviews
Requirements:
- MRICS accreditation with strong agricultural knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Full clean driving license for regional travel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Thorough understanding of compliance and procedures
- Passion for farming and rural business
