Role Overview

We are looking for a Healthy Child Programme Lead to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Public Health Nursing Service, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people in our community.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children and families, with a strong understanding of public health issues and the role of the school nurse. You will work closely with educational staff, healthcare professionals, and other agencies to provide advice and support to children and young people, their parents, and carers.

You will be responsible for developing high-quality packages of care for children and young people with medical needs, in partnership with other health professionals, education, parents, and carers, and other agencies. You will also be responsible for identifying children and young people requiring medical follow-up planning.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,220 - £44,668 per annum, depending on experience, along with excellent professional development opportunities and formal one-to-one supervision and annual appraisal.
