Wellbeing and Child Development Professional

We are seeking a Wellbeing and Child Development Professional to join our team, working collaboratively to promote health and wellbeing in the community. The successful candidate will manage caseloads and deliver the Healthy Child programme, ensuring high-quality care and support for families, individuals, and groups.
The ideal candidate will hold a SCPHN Health Visitor Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate, be registered with the NMC, and possess excellent communication skills. Proven experience in multi-agency working and child protection is essential, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering the Healthy Child programme to promote physical, social, and psychological wellbeing
- Managing caseloads of families, individuals, and groups in the community
- Collaborating with other agencies to provide comprehensive care and support
The estimated salary for this role is £30.00 per hour.
