About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Access Analyst to join our innovative and growing team. As a Market Access Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing pricing and market access strategies to facilitate the introduction of new medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on global pricing and reimbursement systems, as well as market access policies.
  • Develop pricing & market access strategies to facilitate the introduction of new medicines.
  • Engage in qualitative and quantitative stakeholder research to inform and refine pricing & market access strategies.
  • Assess and interpret payer perspectives to guide strategic decisions.
  • Effectively communicate research findings through clear, compelling materials.

About You

We are seeking proactive, solution-oriented individuals with excellent time management skills and strong communication abilities. You should be eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

We are looking for individuals with an undergraduate degree in life sciences, health economics, or a related field. Experience in researching medical and life sciences information, including scientific and clinical literature, drug development pipelines, and health system decision-making, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in navigating complex scientific / healthcare challenges, are also required.
