As an OD Consultant, you will work on a wide range of organisational development initiatives, focusing on developing forward-looking people policies, equipping managers with the skills and knowledge required to support their staff, and working collaboratively across the organisation to promote staff engagement.
This role will be a perfect fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing expert consultancy, and thinking creatively to introduce new and diverse ways of enhancing employee experience and wellbeing.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a proactive approach, experience in staff engagement, HR policy, wellbeing, and ideally, organisational change. You will need to be able to explain complex ideas to a wide audience and excel at communicating with a variety of people, whether in person or in writing.
Our work relies on a culture of continuous improvement and meaningful consultation with our key stakeholders, requiring strong organisational and digital skills, including the ability to collect, analyse and report on qualitative and quantitative data.
