We are a pioneering company developing innovative spectacle lenses to improve children's vision. We're seeking a skilled Marketing Director to lead our global expansion efforts.

Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for our global team. This role will involve marketing strategy, messaging, and asset development, PR, and digital collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support market strategy development and implementation
  • Manage brand collateral production and management
  • Define and develop product claims and messaging with Professional Affairs colleagues
  • Oversee social media platforms and content creation
  • Maintain the sightglassvision.com website and its content
  • Develop regular social channel content to engage target audiences
  • Manage PR activities with our agency and distribution partners
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of marketing experience
  • Experience in opthalmic lens marketing (desirable)
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
