They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.

As a Youth Justice Services Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking assessments and planning interventions with children and young people, their families, and carers. You will also be required to work in a range of settings, including courts, police stations, secure estates, educational establishments, and children's homes.
