Account Representative Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Professional to join our team at Mayflower Recruitment Ltd. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing business with existing customer accounts, including global enterprise accounts, while also exploring new markets and white space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to maintain renewal business and generate new business.
- Deploy a well-defined customer engagement process to uncover customer pain points and discuss desired positive business outcomes.
- Present the value of company products/services through metrics and proof points, considering value framework and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, business or related field with 1+ years of experience in sales positions.
- Demonstrated understanding of engineering analysis and technology.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently.
- Travel: up to 50%.
Salary Estimate: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
