About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Host to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Offer and serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient, and prompt manner, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our guests.
  • Stock Management: Replenish stocks to ensure customers have access to products at all times, maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Promotions and Marketing: Promote Grosvenor Membership cards and Rank Omni Channel/Digital offers to customers, encouraging them to take advantage of our loyalty programs.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly targets, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
