Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Southampton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an amazing experience with us.
  • Be familiar and conversant with current promotions and products, ensuring that customers can make the most of their visit.
  • Proactively offer and provide a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, delivering products that meet our high standards.
  • Aware of daily/weekly targets and contribute positively towards them.
  • Display a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to all customer requests in a polite and efficient way.
  • Replenish stocks to ensure that customers always have access to products.
  • Promote the use of Grosvenor Membership cards during each interaction with the guest.
  • Promote the Rank Omni Channel/Digital offer through positive customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
  • Previous experience working in a multifaceted role (preferred).
  • Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business.
  • Sound communication skills.
  • Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working.
  • Ability to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
